| V-Tech Line supplies this industry with high-quality equipment for the packaging of the various products. In the packaging lines V-Tech supplies stainless steel tray denesting machines, product loaders/fillers, conveyor systems and lidding equipment. These lines vary in capacity; up to 140 packagings per minute for product loading and over 200 tray's per minute for denesting. They can process most standard varieties of tray's and round cups in plastic, aluminum or foam without damaging the edges. |

All these machines can be used in a fully automatic processing line, together with the most common and widely-used production machines from well-known manufacturers of Fresh produce processing equipment, slicers, weighing equipment, Pick and Place systems and topseal machines. For example for filling trays with salads, tomatoes, paprika, mixed salad, sliced vegetables or fruit, mushrooms, broccoli, parsley, chives, bean sprouts, onions, cherries, sauerkraut, strawberries, melon, pineapple and grapes.
For processing fresh produce we deliver vegetable washers, separation or sorting systems and vibration systems and sorting drums.
V-Tech also supplies stainless steel transport systems, transfer systems, in-liners, turntables, processing tables, storage bins, tool racks, tanks and the like.
