V-Tech Line equipments find their destination also in the petfood branche with high-quality machines for the packaging of the various products. In the packaging lines V-Tech Line supplies stainless steel tray denesting machines, loaders/fillers, internal transport systems and lidding equipment.
These lines vary in capacity; up to 140 packagings per minute for productloading and over 200 tray's per minute for denesting. They can process most standard varieties of tray's and round cups in plastic, aluminum or foam without damaging the edges.
All these machines can be used in a fully automatic processing line, together with the most common and widely-used production machines from well-known manufacturers of Pet Food preparation equipment (e.g. dog food, cat food, bird food, fish food, small pet toys, seeds, pet candy)
M-Tech also supplies stainless steel transport systems, transfer systems, in-liners, turntables, processing tables, storage bins, tool racks, tanks and the like.
