V-Tech Line supplies the dairy industry with high-quality equipment for the packaging of the various products.
In these packaging lines V-Tech supplies stainless steel tray denesting machines, product loaders/fillers, conveyor systems and lidding equipment.
These lines vary in capacity; up to 140 packagings per minute for product loading and over 200 tray's per minute for denesting. They can process most standard varieties of tray's and round cups in plastic, aluminum or foam without damaging the edges. All these machines can be used in a fully automatic processing line, together with the most common and widely-used production machines from well-known manufacturers of dairy processing equipment, slicers, weighing equipment, Pick and Place systems and topseal machines.
For example loading/filling cheese cubes, paste cheese, Fèta and grated cheese.
V-Tech Line also supplies stainless steel transport systems, transfer systems, in-liners, turntables, processing tables, storage bins, tool racks, tanks and the like.
For your process lines delivers V-Tech stainless steel conveyor systems and (vacuum) piping systems for transport of liquid (raw) materials, products or powders. Also conveyors or elevators, vibrating conveyors and storage containers, tanks or barrels can be delivered.
All for raw materials, finished goods, packaged products, semi finisher products or bulk packaging.
